Front desk was awesome, very friendly. rooms were very clean, beds were a bit uncomfortable. All in all would definitely stay again!
Rolled in here around 10pm on a hot Thursday evening. Got to our room to discover it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke so we called the front desk and asked for another room. They informed us that there were no more rooms available. It was pretty bad but we were exhausted so we figured we'd just crank the air and try to sleep. Turns out the AC was broken as well. Needless to say, no sleep happened that night. When we left the next morning it was cooler outside than it was in our room. :(
Fantastic hotel for the price. It was also the best pool we stayed at for our entire trip. L
Adequate stay. Could have been cheaper. Wifi reliable. Free breakfast. Lots of fast food nearby but only 1 choice for supper within walking distance (restaurant serving wine).
The food was adequate but it was the atmosphere that impressed me the most. It was a quaint little club. The decor was jig saw puzzles put together by Sandy, the owner's wife. Some were simply beautiful others apropos for a golf club or a tourist stop, which it does not really seem to be.
Room to park our 40ft trailer was a plus. Food within walking distance. Nice little burg in the middle of nowhere. Would stay again!
The only reason we found it was because I just had to stop and get my picture taken with my cousin George; we stopped in George Washington.
